Role Overview We're looking for an SDR to own outbound pipeline generation while leading a SDR team. This is a player-coach role—you'll generate qualified opportunities, mentor SDRs, improve outbound processes, and work closely with Account Executives to build a predictable pipeline.

What You'll Do

- Own outbound prospecting through calls,



emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
- Track pipeline metrics and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to improve pipeline generation.

What We're Looking For

- 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Development or Business Development.
- Proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
- Strong cold calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Self-starter who thrives in a quick-paced startup environment.
