- Manage end-to-end sales coordination and backend sales operations
- Process and record customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain updated payment records
- Track and monitor order status, ensuring proper communication with customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions
- Conduct occasional customer visits when required to strengthen relationships and support sales efforts
- Maintain sales reports, MIS data, and documentation related to orders and dispatch
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
