Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, coordinate with clients, manage enquiries, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers on daily requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communications.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support,



or similar roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with sales teams and handle multiple tasks.
- Candidates with B2B sales, construction, real estate, building materials, interior, or corporate sales experience will be preferred.
