- Manage existing key accounts and ensure regular order generation

- Maintain solid customer relationships and handle customer queries and complaints

- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely order execution

- Prepare and submit quotations to new key and corporate accounts

- Coordinate with customers for rate finalisation and contract closure

- Maintain and regularly update the customer database

- Coordinate with regional sales teams for enquiries received at Head Office

- Maintain organised digital and physical sales records and files

- Prepare and maintain Sales MIS and regular sales reports

- Conduct tele-sales and follow up with customers for orders

- Coordinate with field sales teams to track customer coverage, order booking, supplies, and payment collection

- Coordinate with other departments for sales presentations and customer requirements

- Organise and maintain sales data and prepare required reports

- Maintain inventory of sales presentation materials, brochures, and presentation folders
