Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Telecom

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator from Telecom industry to support our sales team, distributors and retail partners for smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination

- Support sales team, TSM, ASM with daily sales targets and market updates
- Coordinate with Distributors, Retailers, and Channel Partners for orders and schemes
- Share daily offers, new launches, price updates with team and partners

2. Order & Stock Management

- Maintain stock reports, secondary sales, and inventory at distributor / store level
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and stock transfer

3. CRM & Reporting

- Update sales data in CRM / ERP - leads, orders, activation, MNP
- Prepare DSR, weekly sales report, stock statement, and competitor tracker




- Maintain distributor / retailer database and KYC documents

4. Client & Partner Communication

- Handle incoming calls / WhatsApp queries from retailers and distributors
- Follow up for payments, outstanding, claim settlement, and schemes
- Schedule meetings, training, and product demos for channel partners

Requirements:

- Graduate mandatory, MBA preferred
- 2-5 years experience as Sales Coordinator / Sales Support
- Good in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business
- Positive communication in Hindi & English, presentable and organized
