Sales Coordinator – Logistics & Courier Services

Location: Noida, Sector 69

Working Days: 6 Days | Sunday Off

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients for logistics, courier, cargo, and delivery requirements.
- Handle sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client records, sales reports, and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Resolve basic client queries and coordinate internally for timely solutions.

Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Logistics / Courier / Cargo preferred.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
