- Ensure sales processes comply with regulatory requirements

- Review and update compliance policies as needed

- Work with sales teams to address compliance issues

- Monitor and report on compliance risks

- Provide training and guidance on compliance matters

- Conduct regular audits of sales activities

- Collaborate with external regulators when necessary

The Successful Applicant

- We're looking for someone who has:

- Build business excellence and sales excellence processes and framwrok





- Should have 12+ years of relevant experience

- Should have worked in a start-up driving theagenda
- A background in compliance, risk, or a related field

- Robust attention to detail

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
