Role: Sales compensation Business System Analyst
Job Requirement:
Years of Experience: 7-10
Must Have but not limited to
- Over 7+ years of hands-on experience as a BSA
- Conducting a workshop and brainstorming session to gather requirements
- Basic configuration and customization understanding on CRM tools (D365,SFDC, Workfront etc)
- Agile methodology and awareness of tool usage Like JIRA etc.
- Experience working with Sales Compensation (Sales Comp) processes and systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation concepts, including sales plans, incentive plans, quotas, commissions, credits, territories, and compensation calculations.
- Experience analyzing and mapping Sales Compensation data across CRM and compensation platforms.
- Understanding of the relationship between sales transactions, opportunities/deals, bookings, revenue, products, OPGs, Profit Centers, and compensation eligibility.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for Sales Compensation processes, plan changes, and system enhancements.
- Ability to analyze the impact of organizational, product, OPG, Profit Center, or territory changes on Sales Compensation processes and downstream systems.
- Experience with data reconciliation, exception analysis, and issue resolution between CRM and Sales Compensation systems.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to define business rules, eligibility criteria, crediting logic, and data requirements.
- Understanding of system integrations and end-to-end data flows between CRM, Sales Compensation, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT, validation of compensation-related data, and reconciliation of expected versus actual results.

- Documentation – Strong skills to produce necessary project documentation including business/data requirements, data flows, user stories, process diagrams, and functional designs.

- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple constituencies to support project and organizational change objectives.
- Ability to engage business sponsors and contribute to their targeted business outcomes.
- Ability to engage developers to ensure productivity and solution quality
