Key Responsibilities l Customer payment follow-ups and coordination l Preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices to customers l Customer coordination for order status and documentation l Vendor coordination for purchase and office requirements l Arranging service technicians as needed l Following up on quotations and enquiries l Dispatch coordination, documentation, and status updates till payment l Daily sales coordination and support to the sales team l Handling India MART enquiries and maintaining data sheets l Collecting recent leads from the website (company details), sending introduction mails, following up,



and sharing information with the sales team l Maintaining and updating data sheets for new customers, existing customers, and the sales team's daily site visits l Generating sales through phone follow-ups and converting walk-in enquiries at the office l Promoting and managing enquiries through online marketing platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia,

Facebook, and other digital channels

Requirements l Active, proactive, and confident communicator l Mandatory languages: Hindi, English, and Kannada l Experience: 0–2 years l Well versed in online marketing tools such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Facebook, and other digital platforms l Willingness and ability to adapt to and use recent AI tools as they become available

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
