Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in retail and commercial real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating and managing leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable commercial and retail properties, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and driving transactions to closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, good knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market, and the ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the retail and commercial real estate segment.
- Source potential clients through calls, references, networking, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels.
- Understand client requirements including location, budget, size, property type, and business requirements.
- Identify and recommend suitable retail spaces, commercial properties, office spaces, and other relevant properties.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners, landlords, and clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, lease terms, and other transaction-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, property owners, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closure.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closures in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all active leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, rental rates, and availability of commercial and retail properties.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination until the transaction is successfully completed.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in retail, commercial, office leasing, or commercial property transactions.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle.
- Good knowledge of commercial and retail property markets in Bengaluru.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Good lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property/site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
