Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
- Basic sales skills, including product demonstration, upselling, and closing sales in a retail or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Interest in skincare and beauty, with the ability to learn product details, key ingredients, and advantages to guide customers effectively.
- Good organizational skills for managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and handling point-of-sale operations.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, including weekends or extended hours as required by store operations.
- Comfort using digital tools or POS systems for billing, customer data entry, and reporting basic sales metrics.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling is mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or cosmetology is an advantage.
