You’ll work closely with internal teams, travel partners, and airline representatives to ensure every Redwood journey is seamless, cost-effective, and aligned with our high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities Travel Bookings
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings(flights/trains/road) for student and faculty groups, both domestic and international.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to block, reserve, and confirm group tickets in a timely manner.
- Negotiate rates and ensure cost-efficiency while meeting program needs.
- SLA driven and timely closure of all bookings.

Itinerary Management
- Maintain updated itineraries and travel documents for each trip, ensuring all stakeholders have timely access.
- Monitor changes, delays, or cancellations and take immediate action to minimize disruption.
- Coordinate with operations and program teams to ensure flight details align with ground logistics.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with airline representatives, travel agents, and internal departments to manage bookings and resolve issues.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with ticketing partners and ensure consistent service quality.

Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all travel documents—tickets, PNRs, manifests, and ID proofs—are collected and stored accurately.
- Assist with visa documentation, travel insurance coordination, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Problem Solving
- Respond quickly and calmly to travel-related emergencies or last-minute changes.
- Maintain a proactive approach in anticipating and mitigating potential travel challenges.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ticketing, preferably with a focus on group travel or educational tours.
- Familiarity with ticketing software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and group booking protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
