What You’ll Do
- Support and extend IBM Sterling OMS (v10) modules, including Inventory, Supply Collaboration, and Reverse Logistics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features end-to-end.
- Build microservices-based architectures integrated with event-driven systems, APIs, and streaming platforms.
- Configure and optimize Sterling components — agents, queues, participant models,



and database extensions.
- Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and code reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.
- Champion DevOps best practices for proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Order Management or enterprise fulfillment systems.
- Strong Java/J2EE development skills (4+ years), with solid expertise in SQL, Oracle, XML, and XSLT.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS v10 and related architecture.
- Drop-Ship Fulfillment experience (2+ years).
- Proven record of leading at least one end-to-end OMS implementation.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to translate complex technical ideas into clear business outcomes.
