Position: Senior Interior Designer

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and mood boards.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Handle end-to-end project execution including planning, supervision, and timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design quality and execution standards are maintained.
- Meet clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions as per budget and timeline.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth workflow.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company guidelines.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles,



space planning, and material selection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Solid communication and client presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of site execution, BOQ preparation, and vendor management.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Additional certifications in design software will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior designing and execution.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, retail, or corporate projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,605.84 per month
