Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings based on design concepts.
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams for drawing updates and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation systematically.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material detailing when required.
- Conduct site visits for measurement verification and drawing coordination.
- Resolve drafting and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedules.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction detailing.




- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural, civil, and interior drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and layouts.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in an architectural or interior design firm.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and coordination.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented professional with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,007.16 - ₹37,888.56 per month
