Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction
- Welcome and attend showroom visitors professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ampere electric scooter models
- Explain product specifications, battery performance, charging process, mileage/range, warranty, and pricing
- Educate customers about benefits of electric vehicles compared to petrol scooters
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Generate sales through walk-in customers and follow-up leads
- Achieve monthly showroom sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp
- Convert inquiries into bookings and final deliveries
Product Demonstration & Test Ride
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers
- Arrange and manage scooter test rides
- Explain scooter features and safety instructions during test rides
Finance & Documentation Support
- Assist customers with EMI, finance, insurance, and subsidy information
- Help customers complete booking and KYC documentation
- Coordinate with finance and billing departments
Showroom Management
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and scooter display arrangement
- Ensure brochures, price lists, and promotional materials are updated
- Support showroom events, promotional campaigns, and local marketing activities
Customer Service
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally
- Maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Ensure smooth delivery experience for customers
