Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production and assembly activities as per technical drawings
- Support daily production planning to meet targets and timelines
- Monitor manufacturing processes such as winding, core assembly, insulation, and testing
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, and Stores teams
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Identify and report production issues to senior engineers
- Assist in testing and inspection processes
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage
- Follow safety protocols on the shop floor
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:B.Tech in Electrical Engineering:
- Experience: 0-1 year (Fresher’s can apply)
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and transformers
- Willingness to learn production processes
- Strong observation and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Reporting Structure
- Reports to:
Production Engineer / Production Manager
Work Environment & Location
- On-site role at manufacturing unit
- Shop-floor based working environment
- May require extended hours as per production needs
- Rotational Shift (Day & Night)
