Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/Internet)
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access
- Perform system upgrades, backups, and data recovery
- Maintain antivirus and security updates on systems
- Handle ticketing systems and resolve IT support requests within SLA
- Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
- Document issues, solutions, and system configurations
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and end-user systems
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
