Position OverviewThe Workplace Experience Associate plays a vital role in creating and maintaining exceptional workplace environments for clients and building occupants. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing day-to-day workplace operations, and ensuring seamless facility experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest and Visitor Management Serve as the primary point of contact for building visitors, clients, and employees. Manage reception area, greet guests professionally, coordinate visitor registration and badge systems, and ensure smooth check-in processes.
Workplace Services Coordination Oversee daily workplace operations including meeting room bookings, event setup and support, catering coordination, and space utilization. Ensure all amenities and services function properly to support occupant needs.
Facility Issue Management Act as liaison between occupants and facility management teams. Log and track service requests, coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams,
and follow up to ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
Administrative Support Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate mail and package distribution, maintain workplace documentation, and support various administrative functions to keep operations running smoothly.
Experience Enhancement Contribute to workplace culture and engagement initiatives. Support workplace events, maintain welcoming and organized environments, and identify opportunities to improve occupant satisfaction.
Technology and Systems Utilize workplace management platforms, booking systems, and communication tools. Maintain accurate records and reporting on workplace metrics and service delivery.
