Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and material testing.
- Assist in procurement of construction materials and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones within budget and project requirements.

Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:2-4 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Preferred: Experience with project planning, site supervision,



and quality control in multi-storey buildings or commercial complexes.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in planning and project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
- Experience with residential and commercial building codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.).
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
