Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client and contractor bills based on project progress
- Verify measurements and quantities at construction sites
- Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Maintain billing records, invoices, and project documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and accounts department
- Track material consumption and project costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction billing and estimation
- Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity surveying
- Positive analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Communication and coordination abilities

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of construction processes preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
