Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement of civil construction and structural materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, hardware, and finishing items.
- Collect quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, store department, and suppliers for material delivery.
- Track material dispatch and ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor databases.
- Negotiate basic rates and payment terms with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality and specification standards.
- Follow company procurement policies and approval processes.

Required Skills:




- Basic knowledge of civil construction materials and structural works.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software for purchase management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors.
- Solid coordination and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with local market vendors and supplier management.
- Understanding of billing and material reconciliation processes.

Salary

Location - Patiala, Punjab

Pay: ₹25,559.67 - ₹35,354.71 per month
