Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll do:
- Own and deliver end-to-end talent attraction strategies aligned to client hiring needs and AMS objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel attraction campaigns including paid media, social, and content-led strategies.
- Manage and track recruitment marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization and ROI.
- Collaborate with global hub teams (Manila & Poland) to execute campaigns through clear briefing and governance.

Skills & Requirements:
- Take ownership of MBR/QBR reporting, presenting insights, performance outcomes, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing campaign performance and optimizing sourcing strategies.- Work in a highly collaborative, global environment, ensuring alignment across regions and teams.
