Job Title: Primary / Secondary School Teacher (All Subjects)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials to support student understanding.
- Encourage student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Communicate student progress and concerns with parents/guardians when required.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain attendance records, reports, and academic documentation.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs.





Required Qualifications:
- B.Ed. / D.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred (as applicable).
- Prior teaching experience in Primary or Secondary education preferred.
- Solid communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
