Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Beverage Head - Director of Mixology & Beverage Innovation to lead and redefine the beverage experience across all Della hospitality venues.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing immersive beverage experiences, elevating operational excellence, driving beverage profitability, and positioning Della as the definitive luxury nightlife and cocktail destination in India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Beverage Innovation & Luxury Mixology




Conceptualize and lead a globally benchmarked beverage program with a robust focus on wine-led mixology, premium spirits, champagne cocktails, botanical infusions, and experiential serves.
Create signature cocktail collections tailored to Della’s diverse hospitality formats — including high-energy nightlife, luxury poolside experiences, destination weddings, corporate events, and private villa hosting.
Introduce cutting-edge beverage trends including:
Molecular mixology
Zero-waste bar programs
Barrel-aged cocktails
House-made bitters and tinctures
Smoke and sensory-driven presentations
Sustainable luxury beverage concepts
Continuously track international beverage trends and adapt them for the Indian luxury hospitality audience.
