A mechanical fitter assembles, installs, maintains, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment. They interpret technical blueprints, operate precision tools, and ensure moving parts function safely and efficiently across manufacturing, construction, and plant environments.
- Installation & Assembly: Set up new machinery, motors, conveyors, and mechanical systems according to engineering specifications.
- Maintenance: Execute routine preventative maintenance checks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical faults, dismantle broken equipment, replace defective parts, and reassemble machinery.
- Fabrication & Fitting: Cut, shape, and align metal parts using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and hand tools.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
