Udit Group of Companies Limited is a growing infrastructure and EPC group engaged in execution of large-scale government road, civil, and industrial infrastructure projects across Madhya Pradesh.

We are looking for a highly competent, financially sophisticated, and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial restructuring, banking strategy, project finance management, and overall financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial strategy, restructuring, and long-term capital planning for the group
- Streamline and strengthen company books, financial systems, reporting structures, and balance sheet quality
- Improve financial discipline, fund flow visibility, and banking credibility of the organization
- Handle banking relationships, BG limits, CC/OD facilities, project finance, and working capital planning
- Monitor profitability, project-wise costing,



billing cycles, and capital deployment across multiple projects
- Oversee GST, taxation, audits, ROC compliance, statutory filings, and internal financial controls
- Build strong MIS, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management systems
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government departments
- Assist promoters/directors in strategic expansion, financial optimization, and corporate structuring
- Bring institutional-level financial processes and governance into a growing entrepreneurial organization
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
- 10+ years experience in EPC / infrastructure / construction sector
- Prior experience with reputed large EPC firms strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of:
- Government contracts & tender finance
- BGs, project finance & banking systems
- Working capital management
- Infrastructure accounting & taxation
- Financial restructuring and balance sheet
