Looking for Accountant (1+yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily warehouse accounting records and inventory transactions.
Monitor inward and outward stock entries in ERP/accounting software.
Perform stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, and stock reports.
Track inventory valuation and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, procurement, and finance departments.
Assist in monthly and yearly stock audits.
Verify purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payment records.
Maintain proper documentation of warehouse and accounting activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of inventory accounting and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Tally, Oracle,



or Zoho.
Good understanding of MS Excel and reporting.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred). Preferred Qualification:
Basic knowledge of GST and taxation processes.
Familiarity with inventory audit procedures.

Location: Uppal-Hyderabad
Salary:Max 20,000 per month
Monday-Saturday

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
