We are looking for a Sr. Sales & Application Engineer to drive sales and application business development by understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions for their maintenance challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clients across Cement, Mining, Power, Paper, Steel and other process industries.

- Understand customer maintenance challenges and provide comprehensive product and application solutions.

- Train and educate end users on products and their applications.

- Manage and maintain the customer portfolio.

- Develop new customers to expand business and increase sales volume.

- Interact and negotiate pricing with clients.

- Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals and assigned targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Conduct regular customer visits and create awareness about products and services.





- Identify opportunities to develop and enhance business for the organization.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience.

- Strong passion for Application Business Development.

- Good customer relationship and business development skills.

- Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.

- Positive negotiation and communication skills.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
