Urgent opening for Sales and Service Coordinator- Solar company with Good salary

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for daily activities and requirements.
- Coordinate customer enquiries, orders, service requests and follow-ups.
- Schedule service visits and coordinate with field/service engineers.
- Track service complaints, installation requests and ensure timely closure.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, payments and service activities.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and service records in CRM.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and service reports.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, accounts and other departments when required.
- Monitor pending activities and escalate delays to the concerned team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates on order/service status.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination,



Service Coordination or similar roles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills required.
- Malayalam Language fluency- added advantage
- Candidates from Coimbatore preferred.
