Job Position: Marketing & Sales Representative

Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate student leads through schools, colleges, coaching institutes and education counselling centres.
- Build professional contacts and partnerships with schools, counsellors and other education networks.
- Promote Accentrex Global's programmes and admission opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents according to their career interests, eligibility and academic background.
- Explain programmes, career pathways, practical/project-based learning and progression opportunities.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, meetings and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct school/institution visits, seminars, career counselling sessions and promotional activities.
- Convert enquiries and leads into applications and admissions.




- Maintain accurate lead databases and daily/weekly activity reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and admission targets.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, sales and negotiation skills.
- Good student counselling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
- Ability to generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and energetic.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
