Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demos, and managing the full sales cycle for Tarko’s AI-driven computer vision solutions.

The specialist will maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing customer support. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns,



creating sales collateral, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with technical and product teams to align messaging with solution capabilities. The role also includes organizing and delivering training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Tarko’s technologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver product training and onboarding sessions for customers and partners.
- Candidates should have familiarity with B2B technology or industrial solutions, preferably in AI, manufacturing, or automation.
