Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting LOFTY AGROTECH’s products and solutions, and building long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with technical and operations teams,



and supporting marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, gather market intelligence, and contribute to training and promotional activities. The role also includes preparing proposals, maintaining CRM records, and reporting on sales performance and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet targets.

- Candidates should possess Training skills to support product demonstrations, client onboarding, and internal knowledge-sharing.

- Experience in B2B sales, industrial or technology solutions, or engineering-driven products is beneficial.

- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Coimbatore, manage field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, presentation software, and digital marketing fundamentals is an advantage.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
