Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales & Marketing Executive.

You'll work closely with the founders to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and marketing initiatives that contribute directly to business growth. The role combines sales execution, prospect communication, lead generation, and marketing, giving you hands-on exposure to how B2 B companies acquire and convert customers.

This is a high-ownership execution role where you'll work on real campaigns, interact with prospects, manage leads, and use modern AI-powered tools and automation to build and improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

Manage cold email and Linked In outreach campaigns Create personalized outreach messages and follow-ups Generate, research,



and qualify inbound and outbound leads Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects Communicate with prospects and build professional relationships Assist with content marketing, social media, and campaign execution Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities Track campaign performance and prepare reports Collaborate directly with the founders on sales and marketing initiatives Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve lead generation and outreach Continuously experiment with new sales and marketing strategies Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

1+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related role is preferred

Strong interest in B2 B sales, marketing, startups, or Saa S

Comfortable with Linked In, email outreach, and Google Workspace

Ability to learn and use new AI tools and sales technologies

Strong research and prospecting skills

Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Good time management and attention to detail

Experience with CRM or sales automation tools is a plus
