Job Summary

Bhumija Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to handle real estate marketing activities, lead generation, sales conversion and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, managing sales activities and achieving project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing, social media, property portals and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to booking.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle channel partners, brokers and referral networks.
- Coordinate and promote property site visits.
- Develop new marketing and sales channels to increase business.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and MIS for management.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing agencies/vendors.
- Build robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and marketing targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of real estate marketing and sales processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
