- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Appoint, onboard, and maintain robust relationships with distributors and dealers.

- Develop and expand the company's retail network and market coverage.

- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective beat/route coverage.

- Visit retail counters, take orders, and ensure timely order execution.

- Increase the number of active retail counters and improve product availability.

- Ensure proper product visibility, display, merchandising, and stock rotation at retail outlets.

- Monitor distributor stock, sales, outstanding payments, and market requirements.

- Ensure products are available across the assigned market and identify distribution gaps.

- Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, new launches, and market trends.

- Coordinate with the distributor and delivery team for timely dispatch and delivery.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
