Overview: Responsible for enhancements of Sailpoint workflows, impact analysis for development on new integrations, IIQ configuration reviews and customizations, configurations of custom reports, and identity data clean up.

- Good with Java 7/10 & Bean shell 5/10 Specific responsibilities include:
- Understand the business needs or enhancements for IIQ workflow.
- Work on new feature enhancements by understanding the business objectives, compliance needs, and user expectations • Developing Workflow, customizing existing workflow • Any customization to the OOTB functionality of the SailPoint Tool on need basis approved by PG&E.;




- Performing Feasibility & Impact Analysis for development on new integrations • Review existing IIQ configurations and customizations • Analyze the existing configurations/setup to assess the impact of changes on existing functionalities • Any environment/server setup for application onboarding approved.
- Identity data cleanup as required and approved.
- Implement or update any custom rules or scripts based on the business requirements.
- Configuration of Custom Reports.
- Creating Firewall request and follow up in workplace.
- Reaching out to developer / SME for information.
- Perform Unit testing and support UAT before deployment of changes • Plan production deployment with change management team • Create appropriate documentation as applicable • Escalate issues to management appropriately.
