Key Responsibilites

- Ensure compliance with OSH Code, Factory Safety, Environmental, and statutory requirements.

- Conduct HIRA/JSA, safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

- Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, LOTO, and Contractor Activities.

- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead emergency preparedness, fire safety programs, and mock drills.

- Monitor occupational health, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance.

- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

- Manage contractor safety and ensure adherence to site safety standards.

- Prepare EHS reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-14 years of experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in Manufacturing Industries .

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety (Government recognized).

- Robust knowledge of HSE Management Systems (OHSAS 18001), EHS Management System (ISO 45001), Industrial Safety regulations & statutory requirements.
