Safety Incharge

Position: Manager Safety Incharge

Location: Ankleshwar

Reports To: HOD

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Safety Engineering / Industrial Safety / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering with recognized Safety

Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering industry (Avoid experience related to chemical industry)

Ensure safe working practices across manufacturing and project activities.

Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts / conditions.

Implement PTW, LOTO, Hot Work, Work at Height and Confined Space procedures.

Conduct HIRA / JSA / Risk Assessments.

Ensure PPE compliance and secure working conditions.

Support incident / near-miss investigation and CAPA.

Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and emergency drills.





Ensure safety compliance during Pressure Vessel, Process Equipment, Reactor, Heat Exchanger and Heavy Fabrication activities.

Monitor welding, gas cutting, grinding, lifting, material handling, hydro testing and pressure testing safety.

Monitor PPE, housekeeping, emergency exits and safe material storage.

Implement PTW, LOTO, Hot Work, Height Work and Confined Space safety systems

Ensure compliance with statutory and company EHS requirements

Conduct daily / periodic safety inspections of manufacturing, fabrication, welding, assembly and testing areas.
