Job Scope:

To support DHL Supply Chain in implementing the Logistics Safety Program and provide assistance to achieve safety targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and implement HSE Plan & procedures at regional warehouses.
- Keep warehouse management updated on the latest HSE legal regulations.
- Prepare Emergency Response Plans (ERP) in line with client requirements.
- Develop HSE audit checklists and audit programs for general safety at regional warehouses.
- Maintain HSE statistics and provide project statistical information.
- Develop material for regular toolbox talks (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Participate in HSE meetings.
- Advise the procurement department on the purchase of appropriate PPE and safety equipment.
- Participate in incident/accident investigations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the construction team for HSE Plan and ERP implementation.
- Conduct site inspections and participate in HSE audits.




- Arrange approved training programs for employees and monitor waste disposal compliance.
- Conduct and guide emergency exercises.
- Keep monthly records of activities under the HSSE Plan.
- Prepare monthly HSSE reports and checklists for submission to the client.
- Carry out daily safety checks on PPE usage.
- Promote safety consciousness at the site.
- Implement welfare measures for workers and staff at the work site.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of basic knowledge of the Safety workplace or risk, with enhanced knowledge of logistics safety. Qualification: Graduation or Diploma in HSE.
