Position: Safety Officer / Safety Engineer

Project: High-Rise Building / Industrial Construction

Experience: 3 to 15 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering with Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / Industrial Safety preferred)

Role & responsibilities

- Experience in High-Rise Building / Commercial / Residential Building Projects.
- Knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, crane safety, excavation, electrical and hot works.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE, safety harnesses, lifelines, safety nets, and other safety equipment.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Maintain HSE documentation and safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain all HSE records, inspection reports, training records, statutory documents, and compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and client safety requirements.
