- Conduct daily site walk-throughs to identify potential safety hazards, unsafe working conditions, and non-compliant behaviors.

- Inspect tools, scaffolding, heavy machinery, and safety equipment (like harnesses and nets) to ensure they are in safe working condition.

- Monitor the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety vests, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses by all laborers and sub-contractors.

Documentation &

- Compliance

- Maintain safety logs, incident reports, and compliance checklists to document daily site conditions and any corrective actions taken.

- Assist in preparing Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)



reports for high-risk activities like working at heights or excavation.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (such as OSHA or local municipal safety laws) under the guidance of senior safety officers.

Training &

- Communication

- Conduct daily or weekly Toolbox Talks (brief safety meetings) with site workers before shifts begin to highlight specific safety focus areas.

- Assist in onboarding and safety inductions for new laborers, contractors, and site visitors.
