We assist students in exploring suitable academic programs and guide them through the admission process for undergraduate, postgraduate, professional, and other academic programs.

We are looking for Russian-speaking Business Development Executives for a 1–2 month contract assignment to support our international student recruitment and business development activities.

Job Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective students from Russian-speaking countries who are interested in studying abroad, particularly in Malaysia.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels in Russian and English.
- Counsel prospective students regarding universities, academic programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and study opportunities in Malaysia.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and study preferences.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads from Russian-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Convert student enquiries into applications and successful admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve assigned business development and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and applications in the company's CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Assist with communication and promotional activities targeting Russian-speaking students.
- Stay updated on Malaysian universities, programs, admission criteria, intakes, scholarships,



and other relevant education opportunities.
- Provide feedback regarding student requirements, market trends, and opportunities in Russian-speaking markets.
- Contribute to the company's student recruitment and business development activities during the contract period.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written Russian communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional while communicating with students and parents.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, sales, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve business goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Good problem-solving and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in overseas education, student counselling, sales, business development, telecalling, or international student recruitment will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience dealing with Russian-speaking clients or international students will be an advantage.

Contract & Compensation
- Contract Duration: 1–2 Months
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
- Full-time, on-site position.
