- 7+ years of RPA development experience on UI Path (Primary) & Blue Prism (Secondary)

- 2 years expereince on GenAI , Agentic AI

- RPA L2/L3 Support experience is good to have

- Having RPA + GenAI, Ui path Agents experience is a plus

- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology

- Good Understanding of exception handling best practices in an RPA environment

- Good Understanding of how Blueprism & UI Path interfaces with business applications via APIs, Surface Automation

- Positive knowledge in preparation of process design document, Technical specification document (TSD), Interface specification documents (ISD) and Test Plan/Report

- Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.

- Experience in CI/ CD, DevOps & Jenkins

- Exposure to .NET Technologies, C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Web Services

- Good understanding of front, middle and back office Business processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective team member and capable of self-directed work

- Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables
