Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of total experience and 3+years of experience in a Business Analysis role
- Robust understanding of automation tools used in industry
- Hands-on experience in automation initiatives and process improvement programs
- Strong requirement elicitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders
- Expertise in preparing comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Experience in business process modelling and process flow creation (BPMN, workflow diagrams, As-Is/To-Be process mapping)
- Experience working with Agile, Lean Product Development and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
