About the Role

We are looking for a Robotics Lab Trainer who can lead practical, engaging, and hands-on robotics sessions for school students. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with robotics kits, electronics, programming and students and should be able to turn technical concepts into simple and engaging learning experiences.

Job Details

- Job Title: Robotics Lab Trainer
- Locations: (a) Nagpur, Maharashtra (b) Indore, Madhya Pradesh (c) Sendhwa, Madhya Pradesh
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 6+ Months (Freshers are also encouraged)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on Robotics and STEM sessions for school students.
- Teach fundamentals of Arduino, electronics, sensors, motors and programming.
- Guide students in building and programming robotics projects.
- Encourage students to explore problem-solving, creativity, innovation and design thinking.
- Mentor students for robotics competitions,



exhibitions and innovation challenges.
- Assist students in developing working prototypes and projects.
- Manage and maintain robotics kits, tools, components, and lab equipment.
- Ensure proper utilization and functioning of the robotics lab.
- Coordinate with school faculty and AVM team regarding lab activities and student progress.
- Create an engaging and disciplined environment for hands-on learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Robotics, STEM Education or related training. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Practical knowledge of Arduino, sensors, motors and basic electronics.
- Basic understanding of programming and coding.
- Experience working with robotics kits and hands-on projects.
- Positive communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Passion for Robotics, STEM, innovation and experiential learning.
