M8 Risk Manager (Post Acquisition - Credit Card)

- Responsible for defining, creating and implementing credit card post issuance policy (Limit increase, Limit Decrease, PL on Credit card, Balance Transfer etc.) in line with business requirements & acceptable Risk appetite.
- Responsible for overseeing credit card transactions to detect and prevent potential fraudulent or high-risk transactions on various MCCs.
- Creating and implementing rules within the FALCON system to help identify and stop such transactions by blocking of MIDs, Credit Card accounts or Credit limit reduction.
- Test and refine rules to ensure accuracy to prevent unnecessary authorization declines.
- Jointly own the growth initiative along with the business team, while working within the agreed risk threshold.
- Continuous Policy change basis model monitoring outcome and Hind sighting.




- Monitoring various measures and triggers as per documented policy and track performance for identification of early warning risk indicators. Increase the base by an order of magnitude.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, Advance Excel, SAS,SAS Macros etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENT: At least 10 years of experience with 5 years of Credit Cards policy management.

Robust understanding of unsecured lending products like Credit Card, PL and Line of credit

Prior experience in managing risk activities in retail lending and portfolio is essential

Should have knowledge of process and risk policy framing.

Should have relevant working knowledge of banking systems, BRE and LOS systems.

Should be able to manage conflicting opinions and able to interact cross function.

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders at a level of Business head, CRO or similar.
