RF Designer + Production Manager

We are hiring an RF Designer + Production Manager for hands-on work in a lean team of our defence company. Responsibilities

- Design Radio frequency components.
- Calculate and optimize VSWR, return loss and insertion loss.
- Convert designs into production-ready drawings.
- Define product specifications
- Manage prototype and batch production.
- Inspect dimensions, internal surfaces, bends, joints and flanges.
- Analyse performance problems in manufacturing processes after visitations
- Implement design and production corrections.
- Control drawings, BOMs, inspection requirements, production status and final acceptance.
- Ensure repeatability between prototype and production units.

Candidate Engineering degree with direct experience in RF design and production. This is a RADIO FREQUENCY SPECIALITY role. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
