About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Assurance & Operations Manager to manage and optimize the complete revenue lifecycle — from customer onboarding and billing to collections, renewals, and revenue leakage prevention.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and experience working across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Contract-to-Revenue lifecycle.
- Review contracts, pricing, POs, and commercial terms before billing.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and identify billing discrepancies.
- Track and prevent revenue leakage, including:
- Unbilled customers/outlets
- Incorrect pricing
- Expired discounts
- Billing discrepancies
- Reconcile data across CRM, contracts, product usage, billing, and accounting systems.
- Track receivables, ageing, and collection status.
- Monitor renewals, upsells, downgrades,



and churn.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue MIS and dashboards.
- Develop SOPs and improve revenue processes through automation.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and Management to ensure revenue accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Revenue Operations, Billing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology companies is preferred.
- Robust proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or billing systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or automation will be an advantage.

Qualification CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
