Hiring: Store Manager – Jockey Store

Location: Nashik

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Weekly Off:

- First 3 Months: 2 Week Offs/Month
- After 3 Months: 4 Week Offs/Month

Perks:

- PF & ESIC after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall store operations and daily activities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service and store standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

- 12th pass and Graduate preferred




- 2–5 years of retail store management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/basic computer applications
- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
